Callo is an AI-powered plant care chat application operated by Callo Team.
Because the app works through text-based conversations, certain data must be handled to allow the service to function. This document explains what Callo touches, what it avoids entirely, and how information flows while you use the app.
If you are not comfortable with the practices described here, you should discontinue use of Callo before starting or continuing conversations.
Callo does not require users to create detailed profiles or submit personal identity information.
In normal operation, the app only processes:
· text you voluntarily enter into the chat
· technical signals needed to deliver responses reliably
· messages you send if you contact support
Callo does not collect background data unrelated to these actions.
Messages you send to Callo are used to generate relevant replies within the conversation. The system analyzes text input to understand plant-related questions and produce appropriate responses.
Conversations are handled to support the immediate interaction and to maintain service quality. Callo does not treat chat content as personal records, diaries, or behavioral profiles.
Callo does not collect biometric data, facial data, voiceprints, or any form of identity recognition information.
The app does not perform facial recognition, voice identification, or user profiling. It does not attempt to identify who you are, where you live, or link conversations to real-world identity.
Callo is designed to minimize how long information exists within the system.
Chat-related data is retained only for the time necessary to generate responses and ensure stable operation.
Support communications may be stored briefly to resolve issues or respond to inquiries. Data is not kept longer than required for these purposes.
Depending on how you use Callo, the app may request limited device permissions:
· Network access to send and receive chat messages
· Microphone access, if enabled, solely to convert speech into text within input fields
Permissions are requested only when a feature requires them. You remain in control of these settings through your device, and disabling permissions may limit certain features without triggering alternative data collection.
To keep the app functioning smoothly, Callo may process basic technical details such as device type, operating system version, and error logs when failures occur.
This information is used only to improve stability and performance. It is not used for advertising, analytics profiling, or tracking across apps or services.
Callo relies on external infrastructure providers to deliver its AI responses and maintain service availability. These providers act only under Callo Team’s instructions and are not permitted to use data for their own purposes.
Callo does not sell user information and does not share data with advertising networks or data brokers.
Callo is intended for users 17 years of age and older.
The app is not designed for children, and Callo does not knowingly process data from users below this age threshold. If underage use is identified, access may be restricted and related data removed.
As Callo evolves, this privacy notice may be revised to reflect changes in how the app operates. The most current version available within the app applies to ongoing use.
Continuing to use Callo after updates indicates acceptance of the revised notice.
